Past free agent moves you've loved (or hated)

Was high in the Kemo signing, thought he would shore up our run defense for years to come. Instead IR took him out before he could get started in Season 1. Never did alot beyond that before he went back to Baltimore.

Hated the Keyshawn signing because of the Meshawn and past his prime, ended up being a great #2 when we were obviously missing Moose for a couple seasons. Both Key and Moose (2nd sign) didnt end up well in the end though as we should of held onto them longer.

Kemo played 3 seasons (2006, 2007, 2008) for the Panthers before he injured his ACL during the 2009 training camp.He only missed 2 games in his first 3 seasons here, he just wasn't that great.

Really the only great free agent signing that I think we have made is Olsen, Proehl was probably the best Band-Aid signing. Other than those two, Dwan Edwards, and maybe Ken Lucas, I could take 'em or leave 'em.

I suppose Dwan Edwards made more of an impact than I thought.

I was pleased when D.J. Hackett was signed, but once he got on the field (the few times that he did), I was sorely disappointed. D.j. Hack, as I now refer to him, is the worst FA move in franchise history. That was some ugly music.

On top of my head I could only remember Jake and (S) Davis, but I agree Walls was awesome.

Considers the pure torture of watching teams totally abuse are interior line for 2 years after Kemo went down I say he was a very good signing. Not great but very good for the defense we wanted to play.

Proehl was great as well, we could call it band aid or what every but truth is it is not easy to find a reliable receiver in FA, at least we have not been able to since with obvious need.

Hate? No, with the Sean Gilbert trade in mind nothing the Panthers front office do short of moving to LA are going to make me hate.

I don't think you understand what Free Agency is. We traded for Greg Olsen and extended his contract. We claimed Dwan Edwards off waivers. Proehl and Lucas I believe are actual free agent signings.
