Where is it? We are running out of time. Last week someone put the Panthers On Notice and it worked just fine -- for heavens' sake, someone important put something, anything else On Notice!

Oh no. Not this time!

I'm tired of the team's success riding on some superstition of running an "On Notice" thread! It's like how we always wanted Pete Prisco to pick against us so that we could win or that I would not wear Panthers gear on Sunday to avoid jinxing them or whatever other silly little ritual every one of us follows before the game in order to assure the team a victory! No more! The only thing we can do as fans is remove all doubt of losing because there was no "On Notice", didn't wear your lucky underwear, or forgot to do the hokey pokey at 12:43 pm! Just believe!!!!!

Oh wait! I think I kinda put superstitions including "On Notice" threads on notice.
