I sort of agree with the auto vs manual thing...but I sure do prefer the auto when you get stuck in rush hour traffic. Today's autos also allow you to drive almost in manual...so it's a good compromise...in my opinion anyway.

That's how my GTI works. DSG they call it. Never thought I'd like an automatic of any kind but I love this. It's quite nice. Automatic in traffic, paddle shifters everywhere else.

Whatever. Back to muscle cars.

I always liked the 91-92 Pontiac Firebird/Trans Am body style when I was younger. Hardly see them anymore though.

My buddy had an '86 GTA (without the bird as I believe his was a Trans Am) and that thing would haul ass.

yup...my IROC had the 350 in it and she was damn fast for sure.  T-Roofs out, windows down and away we went.  Good times

no...no mullet really...I did let it grow out fairly long for a couple of years back in my early 20's though.

My 1972 & 1990 (Under Cover) that I used to own.  (The 72 was an absolute Beast!  ZZ# create 350 cu in/350+ HP, fuel injection  3" exhaust, super flow mufflers, K&N air filter, '86 Corvette wheels & tires, It was a blast to drive!)

 

My 90 Corvette next to my little dually 4X4 Turbo Diesel Extended Cab, 8' bed pickup.
