Depends on the kind of pizza... but generally just leave it out and eat it room temp.

Cold the next day. Warm on day 3 if any is left. Toss day 4.

I can't remember the amount of times we would order late night pizza, crash before eating, and leave it on the counter. Still ate it the next day due to probable hangover.
