I wouldn't touch him... if there is any doubt after his retest you just cant take that risk.

It probably won't be that simple. Some questions may be answered, but I think his health will still be an enigma on draft day. Personally, I don't see this franchise taking a chance on him on draft day. Health concerns + questionable motor (which Rivera hates) = panthers going in another direction.

  Ask the jags or the browns on if having top 5 picks for decades helps you build a winning team. It does not but you know what does help build a winning team? Actually winning games and playing well and not just tanking and thinking of draft position halfway through the season.
