Really chill prof, while being extremely helpful. He knows what students go to and he doesn't act like his class is the only class students are taking, like most professors do.

Umm... idk if I've met Gamble or not. I know Dr Hines that's still there, she helped me get started in this industry... and I've met Dr. Hall.

As someone who looks at maps all day this is pretty interesting to see. If you ever get to see that show on the History channel about how the 50 states got their shape, that's pretty interesting too.

I'm a GIS Technician with a county. Mostly parcel mapping but we also maintain and edit all of the GIS layers.

Ahh yes. Very familiar with this. We've done base mapping for a lot of NC Counties... used to have a GIS department too that did cadastral mapping and updates, but don't have them anymore.
