Give me Tavon Austin at 14

Ryan Swope ran the same speed as Austin, is bigger, runs better routes, and is a good blocker...if we want a slot receiver he would be there in the 3rd if we trade down or something. Patton and Swope are my favorite receivers in the draft, hopefully we can get one of them.

Tavon is a playmaker and will be dynamic in the NFL.

We dont have a good slot guy and as good as Smitty has been, he should be a slot guy..its not a knock but it would make him more dangerous.

Unfortunately the Panthers are not really in a position to get him as it would be like purchasing a Ferrari without owning a garage.

Panthers have numerous needs OL, FS, DT and WR..but the foundation needs to be set now. Fortify the lines..ideally get another possible number 1..not injury risks that can be had for a 7th and move to become elite.

Guys who say meh..hes a slot guy..he will be a nightmare for any cb in the NFL week 1..hardly any dice.

Just draft the best Wideout available Austin is intriguing tho we dont have a burner at Wideout right now......this guy plays with a chip too from everything I hear...

Go get cam a weapon Cam's arm with this guys speed and hands whew..

Austin or Patterson looks like the best potential wideouts for us I fell off the Keenan Allen bandwagon last year.

Austin is a beast. He's not just fast, he's a guy that can play multiple positions for you. He DOES play with a chip. I seen almost every game he's played and he's a weapon. The endurance of him (and Bailey) is unmatched. I seen these guys run the full field over and over on game days. He's a hell of a receiver and his timing with Geno was amazing, as was Bailey.

Comparing any of the 3 (Austin/Bailey/Geno) this year to guys like Pat White/Devine is just unfair. These guys can and will play in the NFL.

40 time isn't playing speed. Austin is a much faster football player than Swope.
