Color me crazy, but I'm actually very intrigued by Vance McDonald. I know we need line help, I know it's probably not going to happen (most likely shouldn't happen), but could you imagine two TE sets with Olson and this kid?

We could run or pass easily, run the no-huddle with this as a base package, impose our will. The comparisons to Witten don't hurt at all, and the kid has the size and strength of a lineman without the weight. We could pick him up in the first, then a solid guard in the second. It's probably a 5% chance at best this happens, but don't rule it out either.

And yeah, I've been clamoring for months now that we need OL or DL help first and foremost. But I just can't help thinking about this scenario.

Here it is again with Luke,Tj And lane all in a row. This was a back pedal direction change drill. Lane got from left to right in one motion very fluently and easily while Luke took 2 baby steps in between and TJ doing a mini shuffle both were miles ahead of Luke.

chris gagg with a 10+ broad jump..one of the te that i liked. said to run a 4.5.....could be around in later rounds due to injury at arkansa.

whoah armstead is a guy i found..he has rose from UDFA to 2-3 round guy.....whew......glad to see all my underrated guys doing good...i knew he was the fastest linemen. he just needs to work his power(he gets bullrushed). panthers need to start considering this guy to replace gross or for og.

he is 6'4 but so is duane brown(houston) and he is the top rated LT in the nfl by some.

He was quick in his drills as well. He had a VERY solid pro day. For a small school guy he just made himself some money today.

I saw that but we have to also remember that Guards arn't typically taken early on while I don't doubt he may be good that doesn't mean he'll get taken early simply because he plays on the inside of the line.

Not too big of a surprise on the 40 for cunningham 4.91. Solid blocker with good hands that gets open and that's what will allow him to stick in the league. Hopefully he does well in position drills today.

I expected much better from Lutzenkirchen ..pedestrian 4.93 for someone that is a much better receiver than he is a blocker. Got to get that time down before pro day.
