I was raised on eastern NC que. I am from Wilmington originally and every occasion was either an eastern NC pig pickin' or an oyster roast/shrimp boil. Or both.

Oysters are another thing I have no problem demolishing. I can eat a peck easily.

Saltine, oyster, cocktail sauce, horseradish, jalepeno and top with hot sauce
