The most successful 2 year QB

Cam is the best QB of that draft, but Dalton went twice to the playoffs and even Ponder reached the playoffs while Peterson was carrying the team (hence the hernia operation). Kaepernick reached the Superbowl. Lets not talk about Gabbert and Locker.

But Tyrod Taylor is the most successful second year QB. He has a ring. Joking aside, he's a pretty good mobile QB, reminds me of Vick.

Please think before you post. What is the point of this thread? What discussion are you trying to initiate?

Just because you have the ability to post the name of the Ravens backup quarterback doesn't necessarily mean you should do it. This is a quick way to get everyone on this board to dislike you.

What the hell were you thinking posting this thread? "man I just registered like 20 posts ago - I'd better post the name of a backup with a ring and hope for awesomeness"

This will end superbly!

I apologize. I saw a lot compare threads with Cam vs Dalton. Cam vs Kaep or RG3 or Luck or Wilson etc. I remember that Tyrod was drafted in the same year and thought, give him some love.

this must be the same guy that wanted us to consider tyrod Taylor in the 1st a couple years ago (and that AJ green was a sure fire bust lol)

I'm not him. Tyrod is an okay backup QB, but will have a hard time to become a starter. He would be perfect in a Chip Kelly offense. But whoever thought that AJ Green was going to be a bust must see a doctor. I can say that I never thought that Julio Jones would be this good.

    • Looking over the roster and the team has positioned themselves fairly well for this upcoming draft when it comes to addressing the edge group. Clowney and Wonnum are the definite starters with Pat Jones II having split time evenly both on the strong- and the weak-side last year in Minnesota. DJ Johnson is a strong-side guy, Amare Barno weak-side. Further down the roster, Boogie Basham is a strong-side defender as is Kenny Dyson (primarily a ST-contributor tho). Thomas Incoom splits time on both sides of the line. The team seems to be approaching the strong-side with a platoon approach with the weak-side needing the biggest injection of talent. However, they might also be looking to have an answer for life after Clowney as part of the offseason's theme of killing the run on defense. I can better understand the allure of Mykel Williams and Shemar Stewart when trying to look at it through that lens.   Manifesting a trade back for Donovan Ezeiruaku... (シ_ _)シ
    • 7-10 sacks from him would be insane. That’s nick bosa/will Anderson. If we drafted him I’d be pleasantly surprised with 4-5 and locking up the run.
    • Yeah, but there aren't 142 starters. 64th out of 142 puts him in bottom of the barrel starter/good backup range.
