There are a lot of people in York and other counties who have played the lottery since its inception.

How many of these people have played the same numbers and have never won?

All those years and nothing -- I've come to the conclusion that if you use a card with your numbers on it, you're guaranteed not to win because the computer knows you'll be back next play.

Maybe this new company will run it better, maybe not.

What a lot of people have on their mind is, why so hush, hush, Mr. Corbett, seems like there must be something going into your pocket.

Bet if you were still attorney general and the governor of Pennsylvania was doing this you'd be blowing your whistle on them.

Remember, you're the governor of Pennsylvania, not king of Pennsylvania, and we are not your servants.
