The cars.com one with the baby wolf gave me cuteness overload

The two that sparked the biggest conversation in my house were for car companies.

I felt like both Oprah and the Paul Harvey estate should be ashamed of lending themselves to something as cheap as hawking automobiles.

My wife said I was just being ridiculous.

similar to your argument, I felt that the Jeep commercial in particular would have been really moving if it just left all of the actual Jeeps out of it, and at the very end simply said something like "Jeep proudly supporting our troops and their families"

Once I figured out it was a Jeep commercial (approximately mid-way through), I just felt like it was preying on a really, really sensitive subject to market their product (not that doesn't happen all the time, nor would my version be any different- but the manner in which the advertising Jeeps was done was so overt)

Furthermore, I was really disappointed with the commercials this year. Nothing made me outright laugh. I actually thought the godaddy.com one with Bar Rafelli was awesome, then again I am 22 years old.

I liked the Hyundai commercial with the super kid football team.

My favorite was the

1. Taco Bell old folks home commercial

2. Leon Sandcastle

3. Doritos fashionshow

other than that none really stood out. The Budweiser horse commercial was pretty sad lol

I thought the doritos commercial with the goats was damn funny. I LOL'ed when the goat screamed in the kitchen. That's also entirely possible because I was about 3 bourbon and cokes in at that point.

The Budweiser Clydesdale commercial is every football fan's scapegoat for another year in advertisement mediocrity. Even if it was advertising Budweiser, that commercial was phenomenal.

The only thing the Go Daddy one made me think of is what that guy was thinking when his agent handed him the script and he had a chance to peruse it.

"Okay...this is cool...interesting premise...and then it says he...I'LL TAKE IT!!!"

FYI They did 65 takes to get what they wanted. He said, "he felt like he had won 'the championship of men,'" No Poo!!

I liked Leon Sandcastle, the goat Dorito one, the kids football team Hyundai one, the farmer truck commercial one. I thought the VW Jamaican accent one, the Tide Joe Montana stain one, the brave solo prom kid one, the Rock milk one, and the robot chick car commercial were ok. A few of the popular ones I didn't like at all, like the old people Taco Bell one.

It's amazing that companies will pay 3-4 million dollars and then air some of the commercials I saw.

Thought the one with the chick from Saturday Night Live @ Best Buy was pretty funny.
