The non-call on 4th down

I say no. The calls were consistent throughout the game. There were numerous plays where I could see a P.I. called but for the most part the refs let them play.

The play IMO was called right. The WR initiated the contact and the pass was uncatchable. Even if he catches the ball I don't believe he would have caught it in bounds.

Finally if those that want to scream the Niners got ripped off maybe they should go look at the late hit on Flacco out of bounds. The refs call that hit. Game over and the Niners never touch the ball again.

49ers fans bet not be griping about that play. First of all, they were getting beatdown before the lights went out, giving them a chance to regroup. Secondly, I remember Bowman interfering with Roddy White at the end of the NFC championship game. That interference was much more blatant than last night's play. So anyone complaining about last night, needs to go sit down!

Well really it wasn't that great of a pass. Sure It could've been caught, way out of bounds though..

Both those guys were grabbing. You don't end a superbowl by essentially giving one team a touchdown and possibly the win by a penalty. They had 4 downs to punch it in, wtf do you guys want.

San Francisco dug an early hole, and if not for that ridiculous power outage maybe would've been blown out.

Chris Carter said on Mike & Mike this morning that is was a good no call. Said that Crabtree didn't do anything to help himself and that by trying to run through the defender put himself in the position to not get the call. Said its receiver basics that if you dont get your hips outside of the defender that you cant get a ref to call holding in that situation. He said that it was a lazy route and Crabtree didn't deserve to get the holding call.

I'm guessing a HoF receiver probably has a pretty good take on what happened there.

Maybe your DNA is more evolved so I saw defensive HOLDING. No PI.

I was indifferent either way but was hoping Ray Ray would convert to Islam by end of the game. I just like to see a fair game. The Seahawks vs Pitt had the worst calls and non calls against the Seahawks and I was pissed at them for eliminating us in the Playoffs.

The ball was very catch-able if the ravens db didn't have Crabtree in a bear hug....was #15 pushing off? yeah probably but he was trying to get out the arms of the db.... should have at least been replay of down....terrible no call in a big game

I feel last night's game was pretty good in terms of officiating. That last play was a good non call. It was a bad throw out of bounds, and I even felt like the pass was going out of bounds when it left Colin's hands. The 49ers have no one to blame but themselves. Yet all in all, if they are going to complain about that, they should also let the Falcons have one more attempt at the end zone to go to the superbowl. Let's just replay all the plays to be fair.

Also, it was a stupid move to call a timeout by Jim. Take the five yard penalty, it would probably help the chances of scoring with more room to work anyway. Because of that move, they were left with only one timeout, and the Ravens were able to milk the clock. The 49ers lost this game on so many levels, the fact they (Players and fans alike) would even dream of complaining is amusing.
