Paying a top 15 HB, with another massive HB contract (Dwill's 2nd one) on the same team is certain death. IMO

Wanna pay big bucks to some of the same position players, lets talk DL, and OL.

A.) We've been experts at it the last few years, stretching it out so we can still be under cap.

B.) I just don't see Williams being a dick about the money.

C.) Next year is going to be uncapped anyway, I just don't see an agreement happening.

I suspect that we will look at our cap space and decide which way to go closer to the time of his renewal. I could see guys like Williams taken care of if we had 10 or 15 million of cap space. Getting a resolution to Peppers will go a long way to determining what we have. Until then deciding what we will do with Williams 2 years from now is highly speculative and very likely to change depending on what happens this year and next on the field.
