In any case what a BS apology: ''The derogatory comments I made yesterday were a reflection of thoughts in my head, but they are not how I feel,'' he said in a statement released by the team. ''It has taken me seeing them in print to realize that they are hurtful and ugly. Those discriminating feelings are truly not in my heart. Further, I apologize to those who I have hurt and offended, and I pledge to learn and grow from this experience.''

First, Culliver shouldn't have said that.

Secondly, this is where I have a problem with the media. This is supposed to be a fun event and I'm sure Chris was just having a little fun and thought he could speak candidly.

What does having a homosexual on your team have to do with the Ravens or the Super Bowl? Why was the question even asked? How is it relevant to the game?

Media Day is basically a troll convention. Culliver is a moron for taking the bait.

Supposedly a comedian asked him the question so they were all joking around but of course the media has spun it into something entirely different.
