Dude that sucks. i went thru the same bs (mid 90's) with my daughters momma. She basically treated me like i treated other females but thats not the point.. The point is she's a wicked she-devil and you're better off without her. File papers and get custody.

Nope, not actually married. We were just...engaged for about 4 years.

i would think that two parents splitting up would be a custody issue... also taking into account that she obviously is lying to him and might continue to lie to further her own agenda... as such (combined with the fact that he is a felon) he might want to protect himself in the eyes of the law... both for himself and his kid.

that said, i don't really care about arguing about this with you.
