I grew up playing baseball, football, and doing tons of "extreme" sports. I have been hurt the most from snowboarding.

I grew up on the snow. I did big air, on my snowboard, and downhill speed events on skies, from about age 8 -18, and was an instructor from 16-26ish. I have serious back issues from some falls I took.
