no one is saying he's an ass. it's just that people don't think he's great and that's what we want, isn't it?

I think you got your point across the first 27 times. This place likes to mope about things, but it's not very interesting or informative anymore.

I thought the "we wanted to make them systematically beat us" line after the Bears game was the best

that line is full of fail.

to which the bears replied, "ok, thanks for the opportunity" just like those other teams we gave the opportunity to and took us up on.

i guess losing is a process as well... a systematic process.

it's a shame that you're getting forced into reading the forum and opening threads like this.

i mean what ever happened to the freedom to choose what you read or where you go on the interwebs?

i didn't say he'd be good, just that he'd be better.

kind of like saying clausen would do better in a WCO.

He could possibly be a good high school coach as thats where his tactical and strategic capabilities were at in both positions of play calling he has had.

I'm exercising the freedom to comment on a message board, I know it sound crazy.

Maybe I a remembering wrong but wasn't it you giving me hell for claiming to be a realist before the season when I wasn't sold on being a Super Bowl contender? There is nothing to suggest the team would be worse off than last season and yet the sky is falling? That is just pessimism.
