I think we are forgetting the "team" concept. Which I believe Rivera has built in these first two years. Beason is gonna have to check his ego. And i don't mean that in a negative way. He's gonna have to buy in. And I think he will, and I think he has. He doesn't have to be back to the 100% Beason that we all know and love. He just has to play his part. And i believe he can play that part at a high level. We could possibly have the best linebacking core in the NFL. If Keek, Davis, and Beason play their roles effectively. We could have a dominating top 5 defense next year, with the addition of FA cheap role players that Gettleman is known to bring in.

Hahaha I knew someone would ask.

Some of them are obvious ones like SuperCam, or Jody Breeze, or Dwill or Snoop or TD.

A lot of just taking the first letter of the players name and then a section of their last name, like I did with my username.

I call Godfrey God a lot which some people might take offense to. Lake Norman is one of my favorites for Josh, that started in the huddle though. I call Josh Thomas Pinhead Larry. Every play Luke makes I make sure to scream KEEK THE FREAK!!

The OP makes it sound like Beason's shoulder was amputated and people are expecting him to tackle with one arm. If the shoulder is fixed, he'll be the same old dominant Beason (at OLB). If it isn't fixed, tough decisions will have to be made. It's not a foregone conclusion that he's done as a player.

      I mean, it was pretty funny that they did that.. Then we all learned that Tepper cannot take a joke (or people wearing hats).  I fully support people trolling billionaires.

      I've been very critical of the Tepper's. But. If they are actually learning and evolving then great. I will give them credit for it. My issue is though I'm just not seeing any wholesale changes. Same draft scouting staff. Hired the worst GM in franchise history's righthand man. Our first round pick last year Xavier Legette was handpicked and publicly endorsed by Bryce Young's father. Our 2nd round pick was an absolute vintage classic Panthers pick. From there largely meh. Then we have the situation of Evero sticking around again after being forced on our first year head coach last year. To me the Tepper's are still behind the scenes pulling strings until proven otherwise.
