he was the #1 pick and his team went from 2 wins to 11 wins and the playoffs in a year. he had quite a few come back from behind games.

of course he's going to get enough attention to get at least an alternate spot on the probowl roster.

not sure why this matters, tho, unless you're still butt hurt that he decided to finish school/"reject" us.

On that note, Cam went last year. Same deal. Neither Cam nor Luck belonged in a Pro Bowl.

Luck did have six come from behind wins and a playoff berth as a rookie.

Name the rest of the qbs in the AFC to choose from and Luck is the obvious choice.

dalton had the superior regular season in terms of throwing touchdown passes and not turning the ball over yet he wasn't even an alternate from what i can tell.

luck and dalton both sucked in the playoffs so all other things being equal i think it should have been the red rifle.

You've got a group on here that are gonna whine every time someone says something hood about Luck, probably for the rest of his career. Ditto anytime someone gets compated to Newton. Makes the board sound like a bunch of jealous teenage girls every time something like this pops up.

The only team that should hate Luck is Buffalo Bills. Hurney would have selected Luck and I think that Denver wouldn't have taken Cam, but I could be wrong. Bills wouldn't waste one second of the clock to select Cam and they would have a Franchise QB instead Fitzpatrick.

Lol. After listening to Luck's fan for a whole season convincing the world Luck is 'great' with no good stats, I started giving him some slacks and then I got back down to earth. Noticing how hard the playoffs is and how important turnovers are. The only hope Luck has is that he is in the AFC. That dude is a Matt Schaub at best.

I repeat, I am so happy he stayed one more year in college so the Panthers couldn't pick him.

But the fact that a guy that couldn't even complete 55% of his passes, produced only 28 TDs (passing and rushing) as compared to 23 turnovers (ints and fumbles), and had a ypa of less than seven yards is an AFC Pro Bowler is a sad commentary on AFC quarterbacking.

Luck had a good season. He helped Colts to the playoffs and yes, he did have a lot of interceptions because they asked him to throw too much. Luck's arm isn't as strong as Cam, Flacco or Stafford. I expect fewer INTs next year when they return to WCO. He was better than a lot AFC Quarterbacks like Dalton and Schaub.

I don't understand the Luck, WIlson, RG3 or Kaep hate. Cam will be in the playoffs and has more talent, but it just took more time and Panthers had more bad luck then the other teams. The team needed 4 more plays to make the playoffs.

Luck didn't 'help' anybody. he was just a participant. How would you feel like if your team was -14 points (2 TOs) disadvantage before each game?

Hope Luck is in the weight room right now trying to strengthen that noodle arm.

Every time someone brings up the Pro Bowl in an argument about how good a certain QB is, I give 'em the McKayla Maroney look.

Few things are more meaningless than Pro Bowls.

Yet my point remains... Luck, as extremely average as he was, *was* one of the "better" QBs in the AFC.
