They were supposed to take off the installation fee. Key word: supposed to. I called them when I made this thread. I look at my bill online today: same installation fee still on my bill. Needless to say, I'm on the phone right now waiting, as well as in chat with someone from Time Warner. Combined with the bs DirecTv is giving me, this isn't a good first impression from either company.
