edit: Oh Jesse Williams? Pure run stuffer, not a fan. There are other NT prospects in this draft that can actually move around and bring some pressure.

What NT is more athletic and better at bringing pressure than Williams lol???

Not many nose tackles are elite pass rushers. Their job is to occupy blockers so that the pass rushers (Johnson, Hardy, Dwan) can rush the passer more effectively. A nose tackle that must be double teamed on every play is as valuable as any elite pass rusher, particularly if you have two elite pass rushers already on the line as we do.

He doesn't look that quick to me, then again I gotta watch more tape for a more informed opinion.

I know that, but NT's in a 43 don't tend to get drafted high. 3 techniques tend to go much earlier, especially in a passing league. There are exceptions to the rule, but those guys tend to be athletic freaks like Ngata and Poe. That's just how people have been drafting.

I too am high on Brennan Williams, chuck. He played right tackle at UNC, mainly because of another future high draft pick in James Hurst played LT, but I think he has the ability to develop into a LT. He's 6-7, 315-pounds, who is really flexible and has really good feet.

I could see him starting out at RT his first couple of years and moving to LT, similar to what Tyron Smith did for the Cowboys. I honestly don't think he makes it out of the 2nd round and may come off the board late in the 1st when all is said and done.

have you heard any updates on that shoulder?
