Tampa Bay is averaging only 13 points a game and regressed when Eric Zeier replaced Trent Dilfer as the starting quarterback in last Sunday's 20-3 loss to Detroit.

Much of the criticism is focused on offensive coordinator Mike Shula, whose complicated game plans tend to fall on the conservative side. Because Dungy is steadfastly loyal to his coaching staff, there is speculation he would rather resign than make widespread changes if asked to bump Shula at season's end.

I lived in Tampa Bay during his tenure.

Defensive coordinators would laugh about how the bucs had a high school offense and no game planning was needed, just base packages.

I'm not exaggerating. It was god awful.

You have no idea.

God I hope he has learned a few things since then.

Terrible post. I would expect more from you. That was 13 years ago.
