Shula promoted to OC

Not sure why all the hate for Shula. ALL of these guys are retreads in some form or fashion.

Some of you guys are crucifying him for not being able to make chicken salad out of chicken sh!t down in Tampa. He was tasked with running an offense without much to work with talent-wise. The majority of that team's payroll was defense. Give the guy a chance.

Again, the same talent was the #6 offense in the league the year after Shula left.

Because there was a better option, and he wanted the job.

Add in that we had a significantly better option for special teams but blew that one too.

This team is really hard to cheer for sometimes.

Easy tiger, I didn't say that's what I thought, I was referring to all the posts citing "consistency" as the reason for this.

It makes zero sense.

I stand corrected then.

Maintaining continuity was the driving force and excuse behind retaining Rivera too.

I don't know why this move surprised me. In the end what that decision and this one have in common is that it saves our owner precious money in the long run. We wouldn't want to pay more than we have to.

It starts from the top and I've got virtually no faith in Richardson as an owner anymore.

most retreads have had that job within the last 10 years.

You guys love poo. You revel in it. Richardson bathes in your money. Through psls and now taxes and you hope for fuging dreams to come true. Meanwhile the rest of the nfl laughs at us wasting cam and our time.

be ready for TCF to call you out as a fake fan.

Steve smith speaking on the hire on wfnz now...and he has the opposite view on the hire that 95% of y'all have.

Interesting

I don't listen to players when it come to coaches. Emotions are involved

A guy might be likeable, but that doesn't mean he's the person to lead the team
