What did he do with Kolb who was supposed to be ready to shine?? What system will he use? He was west coast when he had Warner. Why would he be a good fit for our system?? And he didn't beat those teams Warner did... What has he done when he didn't have Warner??

None of them blow me out of the water honestly. Jackson is good, but Shula and Shurmur sound god awful as OCs here

Gruden's not even a candidate there as far as I know. Pretty sure the only team that called about him was the Eagles.

I think Hue Jackson is waiting for see if Jay Gruden moves on and he can because the OC on a team he's already been around for a year. If Gruden gets the HC job in Arizona, then Hue will become OC in Cincy and we'll promote Shula.

If Gruden stays then Hue comes to Carolina. Just my .02.

Shurmur is an NFL veteran and I think having a former HC as an OC is a really good thing.

On the other had he was OC and HC for the Browns and Rams who STUNK.

On the other hand it was the Browns and Rams.

I suspect Shurmur would not be a bad pick actually but I hope not....

I suppose he needs some coaching advice from the likes of the Huddle. With it he might have been able to field a top 10 defense 11 out of the past 11 years instead of that abysmal 9 or 10 of 11.
