2. Only one team gets one of the best special teams coordinator in the business. It is hard to snag people like that. Certain things come into play that we have no idea about.

One of the NFL's highest paid coaches and that was an extension not a signing. Big difference because an extension is based off of performance factors.

How so, I already debunked the John Fox myth... that was an extension not a signing. An extension will always be higher than a signing because it's based off of performance.
