I welcome a move to LA if it gets us a real owner and we become competitive. Sitting in Charlotte sucking isnt doing much. So many people in this market have "second teams" or root for teams in other markets because of our losing stigma. We're virtually guests in our own house on gamedays. Id rather pull for a winner from afar, we'd still be the Panthers.

The irony of this post coming from someone chiding Charlotteans who want the Hornets back, saying they care more about New Orleans than Charlotte

Charlotte will not lose the Panthers....lesson learned from the Hornets. My major was not buisness, but I can tell you in today's professional sports climate $125 million is not alot. Someone brought up Buffalo, and the new stadium they will get, also what happened in Cleveland after the Browns bolted for Baltimore (and shut up about "storied franchises"...most of you dont' know who Jim Brown is). The point there is that these cities are in economic collaspe and Charlotte is the fastest growing metro area in the US, yet these cities/fans supported new facilities with taxes/PSLs. It will be the Chargers/Rams/Raiders in LA. And BTW some of you keep sending the message that JR is some evil azzhole taking money out of your pocket, as if every other owner is some benevolent saint. Get a life.
