Kaepernick having the game I thought Cam would have

Recommended Posts

But, but, but ... Colin is allowed to have tattoes ... and Cam isn't allowed to have them. Will the Owners force the NFL to suspend QBs with tatooes? Remember, they are the CEOs of teams ... lol they should all look clean shaved like Manning and Brady and Rogers ...

Even the Fox Announcers, in their conversations, talked about the things that these young QBs are doing. Cam's name was first and was placed in a class by himself. The question you fans really need to ask yourselves is, are the Panthers doing everyting they can to help Cam get this team to the promise land.

It's painful watching the 49ers do what they are doing knowing the Panthers could be just as good. But, when you take a closer look at the 49ers team you realize that they a team who play as a team no matter who is at the QB position. They don't sit and leave everything up to the QB.

Actually the sad thing is. QB is one of the only positions I would give the Panthers an edge in over the Niners. Go down the list, they are better roster spot for roster spot with very few exceptions. Even our good players like Steve Smith would be traded for the younger Michael Crabtree. Greg Olsen for Vernon Davis. They have talent performing at or above expectations all over the board.

Kaepernick's playing very, very well. Another good young QB. But the Packers defense is not all that good, and the 49ers playcalling is outstanding. Lots of single read routes for Kap, and giving him lots of time.

How many reads does a QB really need? I never get that mumbo jumbo. Payton had a thousand reads but couldn't complete a ball to win a game. When defenses are stacking up the line of scrimmage to defend the QB of course the receivers are gonna be running wide open. It's just the reality of the new NFL with those new QBs. Every read option team were at least top 10 offenses in the league.

The packers have an elite offense but it's two-dimentional. The option is the third dimension. They don't have it. that really was the difference in the game. Teams without that third dimension will have problems against those that do.
