Eli is as good as the team around him. When the Giants are good, he is good. When they are not, he is not. Peyton does tend to make a team better, although he also tends to get worse during the playoffs.

That's ridiculous. Peyton at times like this is too smart for his own good. If he let the coaches do their job, he might have had more success in the postseason

First it's not rediculous. Second that "reason" you gave to disprove my comment has no bearing on the arguement. Peyton's command of the offense is why you take him. He's arguably the best OC in the league. Eli looks lost and confused unless he just threw a touchdown and even the he has that I-cant-believe-that-just-happened look.
