Haven't heard a whole lot positive about Favorite, but it's early...

Marlon Favorite is stronger as far as his bench press shows, but on the field, he tends to dance with the O-Lineman where as Harvey just throws people out the way.

A bigger bonus does not always mean more interest. I don't know a great deal yet about either of the two but sometimes you have to gauge what other team's interest is and what will motivate or possibly demotivate a player bonus-wise.

big signing bonus..good character kid who you see might be easily reminded and motivated by bringing up the amount of the bonus through camp. Every time he slacks off that check and the size of it is impressed upon him in a "we thought you had something for this league, did we make a mistake" sort of way.

small signing bonus..Big heart kid with plenty of passion who has some strikes against him. Small bonus is something he is thankful for but the opportunity is bigger than the money and the small bonus reminds him where he came from and motivates him.

The size of the check is not always entirely representative of what the staff feels like their potential is worth. That check is a tool. Especially for un-drafted free agents.
