There is No Confirmation on Norv Going to the Browns

On ESPN just now and from everything I have read, The Browns would like to bring in Norv Turner. There is nothing about Turner wanting to be part of the Browns. Morntenson just said that there is a chance Turner comes to Carolina to be the OC for Rivera and work with his son. If he had to chose between being the OC of the Browns, with a bad offense and another offensive mind in Chud clashing or being able to be the OC in Carolina with all the weapons we have and another friend in Rivera and son what do you think would be the smart choice?

The reports were that Scott was following Chud to CLE. Scott Turner and Chud are very good friends and helped a ton on the offense with Chud. Basically saying that Scott was Chud's right hand man on the staff and would definitely be going with him.

So If Norv is following his Son, it'll be in CLE.
