I'll start. Gamble is expendible and highly overrated. The reason his success rate was so high however long it was ago is because no one threw the ball at his side. Why would anyone throw his way when you have 7th round midgets on the other side?

I like this game.

For a team that believes in building through the draft, we are horrible at manipulating the draft! We are the first team to give picks away to move in the draft and 90% of the time the player we drafted would have been available much later (even the fans know this).

We can pick talent, but are oblivious to other teams draft boards and constantly take players rounds before they would be drafted otherwise.

I think Jon Beason and Jonthan Stewart best years are behind them and we should unload them to save salary and gain draft picks.

Williams is worth the money and is the best running back we have ever drafted.

I think Chud is a good coordinator who had a bad couple games to start the year.

I think that we have good linebackers, but linebacking as a whole is overrated at this stage of the NFL game.

We are in cap hell and I would be shocked if this team can sustain a competitive edge over the next 3-4 years due to the severity of the cap hell it's in. I expect us to put it together for a year, but I also fully expect continued mediocrity until the team is able to financially rebound.

No disrespect, 15 more tackles than anyone in the NFL speaks for itself.

Mine: Bringing in Norv Turner would be a huge fail. No need to become San Diego 2.0, an underachieving Super Bowl contender that will never put it together. I don't want to become that. Although I don't think losing Chud would be the worst thing.

This team is not a SB contending team as yet. I believe this team has a chance at being a very consistant team. As consistant as the Patriots. The question is do they believe it and are they willing to work hard for the ability to be serious SB contenders every season?

Until they take away the Redskins team for a year or two for mismanaging the cap so badly, I will not worry about the NFL cap. NBA, NHL, sure. Not this league.

When people did throw to his side, he was still the #2 ranked CB in the league. Your hypothesis is flawed.
