Could our draft be better than this?

how in the hell is that the best draft we can have and why in the hell do you keep making mock drafts?

I thought it was obvious, but these mocks on a forum are opinion based

This in my opinion is the best mock / draft we can have.

Elite starting G

Starting LT

Starting Potential #1 WR

Potential Starter / Rotation NT

Potential Starting S

Potential Starting CB

I mock drafts because I can.

It wont be for Fisher lol, not at at 14.

In any event id be all for trading with them or anyone for that matter.

Duh I didn't say it was for fisher. I can see Fisher going as early as Arizona now since Lewan is going back.

Lane Johnson, Dallas, Fluker, or even Barrett can force the Rams to trade up.

Rams hold the "16", two spots behind us and "22", two spots behind Chicago. Unless they take an OT early with their 16 spot they won't have to trade up but they could easily go with a WR like Keenan Allen there and wait till 22 to address OT. At 22 they would have to move infront of Chicago to get a top OT. Why wouldnt they want to trade up to 14 so they'll possess the no.14 and 16 to take a combo something like Allen and Lane Johnson.

I am not even gonna speculate on any pick swaps or trades. Anything will be fine with me so long as we come away from the 2nd round with a starting OG, WR, and potential OT.

Bwood,

I am suppose to give fug about what you or other posters think?

I missed that memo. My bad lmao

I didnt clarify but the Cooper pick would be in the late first not STL's 16th pick.

I only do mocks when I am not satisfied with my last one. This one is perfection (to me) while being realistic.

They could easily switch their 22 for our 14. The possess 14 and 16, and in return we get their 2nd. Heck I'd take a 3rd for it.

But I do really like the draft. Cooper, Fluker and Rogers all give this offense a more physical attitude. Only bad thing is we're without a DT who can impact day 1. Hughes would be a groom and develop process. Can't expect much from late round DTs (McClain and Fua).

Yea I wasnt suggesting swapping the 16th for 14th pick, I was suggesting swapping the 14th for the 22nd pick.

I wouldnt be to sure about Hughes. He was a highly regarded DL coming out of HS. From many accounts was one of the best DT's as an underclassmen at UT before getting dismissed or what ever happen to him.

He is a better prospect than Fua or McCain imo. All he would need to do is take up blockers and stuff the run which with is size, power, and athletic ability he is more than capable of doing.
