Because threatening an endangered species is a felony.

PS I am originally from Hickory. Always thought I was the only Panthers fan in that area.

Stay away from Buffalo Wild Wings and the Tap Room on Sundays to avoid all the Cowboys/Steelers/Redskins fans. Crescent Moon is the place to be. They have a huge tv, 30+ craft brews on tap, and it's never overrun by the aforementioned fans.
