He had a great year last year and figured this season out by the end.

And the last time the Browns did anything good (2007) Chud was their OC...maybe that's why they are bringing him in.

Norv is one of the "Great Coordinator/Bad Head Coaches" that got Peter Principled into a head job. Good examples: Wade Phillips, Dom Capers, and Ron Rivera

Bc Norv is one of the greatest offensive minded coordinator in the league. He's just not a very good HC. Just like how Wade Phillips is a a great DC, not HC. Some guys are made to call plays not coach.

Chud is a great play caller. Last season proved so. But history with the browns also proved that teams can quickly figure him out after a season.

The thing with him is I don't think he's a bad caller. His system and the way he uses it isn't "balanced". You win games in this league when you have a balance offense. Norv is a much better and proven OC. Your take, Chud or Norv? I gurantee if Chud leaves, Norv is the OC here.

Carolina has finished 4th and 8th in offensive DVOA since Chud got here. Yes, Chud made the mistake of leaning on the option too much, but he figured it out and has been a better coach. I cannot believe the amount of hate for him here.
