Thanks for proving my point. Panthers fan have a shameless pair of eye goggles and it's embarrassing. If you think Cam was giving world class interviews then give me some quotes. I hated his mannerisms early n, he reminded me of a young boy.

we've discussed the same rehashed thing for months now, by the way. it's been talked about over and over again-every possible angle explored, every opinion dissected and worked over, all of that. there is literally nothing new anybody can bring to the table.

that is the problem with this thread and the OP. a "dixie perfect world" where people don't like outside opinions doesn't play into it at all.

If you haven't yet figured it out, you can gauge a persons mentality by the way they interview. He wasn't very mature during his interviews and wasn't mature after losing some games.

Its a dumb thread because it doesnt matter one bit if he's immature or mature. People act like Cam starts playing with his thumb up his ass when the game is on the line and that is just not the case. Most of the time he puts us a position to win those close games. Sure sometimes he doesn't make the miracle comeback throw but more times than not poor clock management, chuds playcalling, the defense or special teams falls apart at the worst possible time. Look at Matt Ryan, his candy ass has made it to the playoffs every year, and every year his dick shrivels up like a raisin in big games yet nobody knocks Ryan.

To say we have nothing to show for Cam is plain retarded also. I get it you are new here and probably don't have much recollection of before the lockout we gutted our roster of every starter and quality backup over the age of 30 (excluding smith) and were pushing Jimmy Dick Pickles as our quarterback. We were not just a horrible team, but one of the worst teams the NFL had ever seen, WAY worse than KC this year or Indy last year. We have shown significant improvement in two years, and we have gotten better both years. Would it have been awesome to instantly become a 12 win team with Cam? Certainly, but he needs pieces around him. Brees wasn't winning in NO until the Saints surrounded him with a solid group of guys, same with young Elway and Aikman. Football is still the ultimate team sport, blaming games and seasons on individuals is just silly.

Perfect, if he has then time will tell. I only jumped in because the original poster asked a valid question and was trashed. He had a valid point so I went to bat for him. Now that's working as a team, something you guys should learn. Plus, everyone isn't going to agree with you 100% and debating with a world class a**hole like me, then its going to be hard to win.
