btw...i hate the way this team is being run lately.

they should have started with a clean slate and got rid of fox and hurney at the same time and allow the new GM to help find the new HC. then they finally get rid of the GM they should have gotten rid of and then bring in a new GM without the ability to even have a say in his head coach.

On the real tip, I think that you are being way to hard on Rivera. Many good coaches have had failed seasons at the beginning of their head coaching journey. The thing is is that I don't necessarily think that it's exactly on point to characterize the last two seasons as failures.
