We really cant afford to let Gross go right now. Hell, letting Gamble is not a good move but if i had to choose between the two it would be Gamble gone. This situation also makes the draft that more crucial, those first 2 picks at least better be home runs or its gonna hurt us. Thats why i prefer Marc Ross for the GM job. He is good at finding talent.

Hurney never had problems getting the team under the cap.

If he was as bad as most of you say he was, then his replacement should be able to do it even better.

Gamble is surely gone, sadly. Naka and Edwards as well. Restructure Gross, same with Beason, and hope to trade Deangelo although I think it will be impossible in the off-season.

We will obviously get under the cap, but anybody expecting to sign any decent FA will be setting themselves up for disappointment.

Agree. Edwards, Nakamura, Anderson, Gamble are obvious cuts. We're also going to restrucure CJ, DWill, Gross and Beason's contracts.

I don't want to cut Gamble, but it would be cool to see him go to a large market team and have the league's fans realize "Wait a second, this is one of the best CBs in the league" and waltz into the Pro Bowl.
