Texas A&M announced that junior DE Damontre Moore will declare for April's NFL Draft.

Damonster is officially a member of the 2013 draft class and we are excited to see how he is received during the process. After playing a pass rushing outside linebacker role as a sophomore, Moore lined up as a defensive end in a four man front this season and was a machine. To go along with long arms and a solid first step, Moore possesses an active motor and has tape in a variety of schemes. He could be a very high pick. 2 Sheldon Richardson DT Missouri Tigers Sheldon Richardson will enter the 2013 Draft

Missouri junior DT Sheldon Richardson will officially enter the 2013 NFL Draft.

This was expected after Richardson was suspended for one of the Tigers' final games of the season. The junior was an absolute force in a handful of games this season, showing the strength to move blockers out of his way along with the foot speed to knife through lanes. We think he has a great chance of being drafted int he first-round as long as potential off-field issues check out. 3 Johnathan Hankins DT Ohio State Buckeyes Buckeyes DT Hankins will enter the NFL Draft

Ohio State junior DT Johnathan Hankins will enter the 2013 NFL Draft.

The announcement is not surprising, as Hankins has the "potential" to be the best defensive player in this class. The junior is thickly built with strength to anchor, and even flashes quick feet to disrupt the backfield. However, the issue with Hankins is inconsistency and the mammoth defensive tackle vanished at times this season. We expect him to be a first-round pick, but there are other, safer options. 4 Xavier Rhodes CB Florida State Seminoles Seminoles CB Xavier Rhodes is going pro

Florida State junior CB Xavier Rhodes will forgo his final season of college football and enter the NFL Draft.

Rhodes is a well built physical corner with the frame to handle press coverage. The junior loves to battle with receivers downfield, sometimes even too much, and projects to a scheme similar to the Seattle Seahawks. If a team believes they can manage his aggressiveness, Rhoades may be a first-round selection. 5 Keenan Allen WR California Golden Bears Cal's Allen only first-round WR from Pauline

Cal junior Keenan Allen was the only WR to receive a first-round grade from SI's Tony Pauline.

Seven other draft-eligible prospects were given second-round consideration, but it is notable that Allen clearly stands at the top in Pauline's eyes. No notes were given as reasoning, but Pauline does state that the receiver class is "average." 6 Alec Ogletree LB Georgia Bulldogs Dogs ILB Alec Ogletree to the NFL is official

After the school's bowl win, Georgia junior ILB Alec Ogletree stated his intentions of entering the 2013 NFL Draft.

"I'm leaving this year, this is my last game," Ogletree said. "It was a great run while I was here, just want to take a chance on this opportunity to go to the NFL and pursue my dreams." The junior's final collegiate play was a sack on Taylor Martinez. Ogletree is going to blow up the Combine and a team is going to fall in love with his agility in space. 7 Giovani Bernard RB North Carolina Tar Heels McShay: Bernard's comparison is Vereen/McCoy

Scouts Inc.'s Todd McShay stated that in terms of an NFL comparison, UNC redshirt sophomore RB Giovani Bernard "is somewhere between Shane Vereen and LeSean McCoy."

McShay adds that Bernard currently carries a second-round grade and sits atop the running back rankings. Michigan State's Le'Veon Bell, Wisconsin's Montee Ball, Clemson's Andre Ellington, and Oregon's Kenjon Barner round out the running back prospects that are ranked in the top-100 slots. 8 Logan Ryan CB Rutgers Scarlet Knights Rutgers CB Logan Ryan declares for the Draft

Rutgers' junior CB Logan Ryan announced that will declare for the NFL Draft.

Ryan is a physical man corner who does not mind disrupting targets at the catch point. Add in that the junior is not afraid to close aggressively on the edge and Ryan is a likely top-64 selection. 9 Stedman Bailey WR West Virginia Mountaineers Stedman Bailey breaks out with 126 yds, 2 TDs

West Virginia junior WR Stedman Bailey caught seven passes for 126 yards and two touchdowns against Syracuse.

Bailey was West Virginia's best offensive weapon and despite his 5'10/190 pound frame, the junior runs with strength to break tackles. He may be forgotten at times since he lines up opposite Stedman Bailey, but there is a reason Geno Smith praises Stedman Bailey whenever he gets a chance. The junior has already declared for April's draft. 10 Justin Hunter WR Tennessee Volunteers Tennessee WR Hunter to enter 2013 NFL Draft

Tennessee junior WR Justin Hunter announced on his Twitter page Monday that he will declare for the 2013 NFL Draft.

Listed at 6-foot-4, 200, Hunter racked up 73 catches for 1,083 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior after suffering a torn left ACL three plays into his sophomore season. In 2012, Hunter wasn't quite the same explosive vertical threat he flashed the ability to be early in his college career, but he figures to regain flexibility and quickness a year removed from the knee reconstruction. He also struggled with dropped passes this year. Hunter still projects as a top-50 pick and top-five receiver drafted in April. 11 Cordarrelle Patterson WR Tennessee Volunteers HC: WR Patterson definitely going to the NFL

After talking with junior Cordarrelle Patterson, new Tennessee head coach Butch Jones believes the WR is "definitely going to the NFL."

"He's a special player with a great skill set," Jones said. "I wish him well." The head coach stated he has had discussions with every junior considering making the jump to the NFL. Nothing is official until the player's signature hits the paper, but expect Patterson to be among the draft-eligible players in April. 12 Tyrann Mathieu CB LSU Tigers PFT: Mathieu currently viewed as 4th rounder

After talking with NFL personnel members, Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio believes ex-LSU DB Tyrann Mathieu would be selected in the fourth-round if the Draft were held today.

One evaluator considers Mathieu a better college player and hype machine than pro prospect and only projects to be a reserve defensive back and a kick returner. Another, however, "said that Mathieu is a quick, instinctive, tough playmaker in the slot." Either way, team's will need to clear his character and size questions, but it only takes one team to draft Mathieu higher than where the consensus has him ranked. 13 Robert Woods WR USC Trojans Update: Woods received a second-round grade

Updating a previous item, USC junior WR Robert Woods received a second-round grade from the NFL Draft Advisory Board prior to declaring for April's Draft.

Woods also had some interesting words after the team's bowl loss, saying, "if the coaches wanted to keep me another year, they would've probably got me the ball." Woods defended those comments after the game and said they were taken out of tone. Draft grades from the NFL universally understate prospects' talent, playing it safe so to not be blamed for the impending decision, but Woods looks like a top-64 talent. 14 Corey Lemonier DE Auburn Tigers Auburn DE Lemonier declares for the NFL Draft

Auburn junior DE Corey Lemonier has declared for the NFL Draft.

Lemonier said he may be a third-rounder and added he can play defensive end or linebacker as a pass rusher in the NFL. It was a down year for the entire Auburn program, so teams will need to spotlight Lemonier's performances and see where he projects best. 15 Akeem Spence DT Illinois Fighting Illini Illini DT Spence makes move to NFL official

Illinois junior DT Akeem Spence made his move to the NFL official on Friday.

The announcement had been expected since earlier this week, but Spence's play this season did not match the buzz he generated off of a solid 2011. Still, we know he has the talent he once flashed, so Spence could still be a second day selection due to strength and quickness. 16 Da'Rick Rogers WR Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles Former Vol WR Rogers will enter 2013 Draft

Tennessee Tech junior WR Da'Rick Rogers will enter the 2013 NFL Draft.

Rogers transferred from Tennessee just before the season started after multiple failed drug tests and has done fairly well at the FBS level. The Golden Eagles have only won two games and other than one contest in which Rogers went for 303 receiving yards, he has failed to top 88 yards in any other game. Off field questions will be Rogers' biggest setback throughout the pre-draft process. 17 Dion Sims TE Michigan State Spartans Report: Spartans TE Sims declaring for NFL

ESPN's Joe Schad reports that Michigan State junior TE Dion Sims will declare for the NFL Draft.

This move was rumored for quite some time, and Sims is absolutely one of the top inline options in the 2013 class. The Spartan has a large base for blocking and is agile enough to be a dependable receiver. Michigan State's passing offense was putrid, and Sims was frequently missed when running routes as well as being asked to stay in on pass protection. 18 Alvin Bailey G Arkansas Razorbacks Arkansas G Alvin Bailey enters the 2013 Draft

Arkansas junior G Alvin Bailey will enter April's NFL Draft.

Bailey is a longtime starter for the Razorbacks and has experience on both the right and left side due to Arkansas' tendency to flip their offensive linemen in different formations. His best asset is his power, but Bailey needs to show up in shape and keep his body in good form throughout the process. The entire Arkansas offensive line struggled for most of the season. 19 Marcus Lattimore RB South Carolina Gamecocks Details emerge in RB Lattimore's knee injury

During a press conference to announce his intentions of entering the 2013 NFL Draft, more details emerged regarding the extent of South Carolina RB Marcus Lattimore's knee injury.

Dr. Jeff Guy disclosed that Lattimore "tore" three of the four ligaments in his right knee and only one of those (ACL) had to be completely redone. ESPN's Joe Schad previously stated two of the three ligaments were his right ACL and LCL. Lattimore added that he hopes to be playing again in the next 12-to-15 months, or even sooner. 20 Tyler Bray QB Tennessee Volunteers Feldman: Tyler Bray will enter April's Draft

Citing a source, CBS Sports' Bruce Feldman reports that Tennessee junior QB Tyler Bray will enter April's Draft.

This report is expected and it appears likely that Tennessee top-three offensive weapons will be available in April. Bray is a lot like Jay Cutler in that he continues to not care about improving his footwork or turnover proneness, but flashes legitimate arm talent. SI's Tony Pauline previously noted that "several red flags" will be raised during Bray's pre-draft process. 21 Knile Davis RB Arkansas Razorbacks Arkansas RB Knile Davis jumping to the NFL

Arkansas junior RB Knile Davis will forgo his final season of eligibility and enter the 2013 NFL Draft.

Davis was considered one of the top running back talents prior to the 2011 season, but a broken ankle suffered in practice forced him to miss his true junior season. This year, the Razorback looked a step slow far too often, and despite a few flashy runs he gave way to senior Dennis Johnson as the team's lead ball carrier. Medicals will be a big part of Davis' draft process. 22 Joe Kruger DE Utah Utes Utah DE Joe Kruger headed to the NFL Draft

Utah junior DE Joe Kruger will forgo his final season of eligibility and enter the 2013 NFL Draft.

The stud among the Utes defensive line is Star Lotulelei, but Kruger offers strength on the edge. He could project as an end in a three man front, a position that is usually drafted earlier than expected. He led the team with six sacks in 2012 and has NFL pedigree. 23 Stefphon Jefferson RB Nevada Wolf Pack Nevada RB Stefphon Jefferson declares for NFL

Nevada junior RB Stefphon Jefferson has declared for April's NFL Draft.

Jefferson was the nation's second leading rusher in terms of yards per game with 144.9, which likely played a large role in his decision. He runs high and does not consistently make the first man miss, but Jefferson can read his blocks well to cut off linemen and find the open field. Longtime Nevada Chris Ault's retirement likely also played a role in this move. 24 Mike Edwards CB Hawaii Warriors Hawaii CB Mike Edwards to enter the Draft

Hawaii junior CB Mike Edwards will enter April's NFL Draft.

Edwards has two children, so that likely plays a big role in his decision. We don't expect him to be more than a third day selection, but we aren't in a position to determine if a prospect is making a poor decision or not. Edwards was definitely picked on against USC to start the season, however. 25 Trabis Ward RB Tennessee State Tigers Tenn State RB Ward declares for April's Draft

Tennessee State junior RB Trabis Ward has declared for the 2013 NFL Draft.

Every year, some draft-eligible prospects surprise and forgo their final season of college football, and an FCS talent like Ward certainly fits this category. We have yet to watch a second of Ward, but he rushed for 1,422 yards and 15 touchdowns on 4.6 yards per carry.
