Sporting News ranks coaches and coordinators

Isn't this the same Sporting news that rated Braylon Edwards better than Steve Smith and 10 RB's better than DeAngelo Williams?
I was thinking about your post when I checked out the 2008 edition of this same "Coaches Poll" article. What a difference a year makes:

See for yourselves the "analysts" 2008 list from the same source. Not exactly prophetic or ground breaking. The unemployment list amongst the top ten Head Coaches is the first thing that jumps out. 4 out of the top 10 from pre-season 2008 are not employed for 2009? Looks like a popularity poll.

Sean Payton would be way up on the list if he was still an offensive coordinator, but he is way overrated as a head coach (on this list at least). His teams have underachieved, by a lot, of what was expected from them the past 2 years. He's had 1 good season with the Saints, that's it.

You've got that right . . . especially when you consider the great QB they've got.
