It's a necessity that Beane is not our next GM. We need to hire a cat that was not apart of this organization these past couple of years, that way he won't have ties to any of the current players. It's easier to get rid of guys you don't know, and make much desired cap space.

I think JR's attitude is that if someone wants to talk business they'll wait to talk business. He's not going to rush, he never does. I wouldnt bet on anything yet because I dont think any decision has been made yet. JR is that type of dude that likes to look men in the eyes before he makes the call.

I guess you guys might be right in that he has an idea or a plan but I dont think thats set just yet. . .Richardson's history says that he wont make a knee jerk reaction to anything.
