who ever runs this, we have to have a price for the franchise tags. and i would like to see where a team could cut a player on their roster for the 2013 year and gain some cap space.for example if the panthers wanted to cut Dwill instead of having a $6 cap hit, they would only take a $3 hit for 2013 in our mock offseason saving $3 in cap space. what do you guys think?

you will just have to let the person know who is running the offseason who you wanted to cut. for instance, last year your top 5 FA went into a pool for bidders to bid on.well if you cut somebody, you can than add that 1 player to your 5 and only half of that persons cap hit will count towards your cap for 2013. its strictly roster personnel, no coaches lol.

I'm for a straight draft, no free agency or cap dollars.

Limited, reasonable trades involving draft picks, 2013 year only and players currently on team rosters moderated by a few guys in charge and max 3 deals per team.

Past experience says that is the most you could hope out of 32 GMs.
