I share the same opinion, he seems like a Ryan Grigson type.

I've heard multiple people cite Gettleman's age as an issue but can't find it anywhere. Think I saw it somewhere being somewhere in the sixties, but can't remember specifically. I'd be happy with Ross/Gettleman/Keim, though.
