Demarcus Cousins to Charlotte?

Why would he not resign? So he could leave a title contender to go to a cellar-dweller? There is no way Chris Paul is a Bobcat. Mark it down and put it in the books. But if it were me I'd avoid Cousins like the plague. Dude has been suspended three times and the season is just a third finished.

Im really happy I gave you a good laugh. You need it anyway.

Sure CP3 has injuries here and there but he's still only 27. His injuries is no where close to being like Brandon Roy so I wouldnt worry.

Why are you stressing about trading Kemba anyway? Theres not even any rumors out about a trade involving Kemba. I'm just saying the only way a trade for Cousins would make sense is if it involve a caliber of Kemba. Im not Cho or MJ, but if I was pushing to get a player like Cousins and trading away Kemba, our best bet is to go FA and try to lure CP3. Who said CP3 wouldnt want to come here? Can you read his mind? His a native here, went to Wake, and MJ is a huge sponsor of CP3. If we can land Cousins, he and MKG are good pieces to lure CP3 here. No one knows if Paul is going to resign with LA.

There is a rumor about the Cousins to Charlotte trade offer involving Kemba.

This is the rumor right now that the Bobcats offered the Kings something they couldn't refuse. Indicating that it would involve either Kemba or MKG.

The current rumor online is Kemba, Biz and a 1st. Could also be Biz, 2 first, Mullens for Cousins.

Heard about the cant refuse part but haven't heard any Kemba talk. Have to check in a bit. But I would be sure that if any trade invoking for Cousins would have to involve Kemba.

Kemba is an upcoming Star for us and in the league but in order to win and contend you gotta win in the paint. Cousins would be the first big part getting us there IF he can get his head straight.

2013 upcoming FA PGs includes CP3, Tyreke Evans and Jennings.

Tyreke Evans is a shooting guard in a point guards body, stay away.

I would love to have Jennings or CP3 but right now Kemba is our guy.

I'd rather keep Kemba and MKG out of trades. If they ask for either MKG or Kemba, I'd walk.

In my opinion Alex Len resembles a very young Pau Gasol.

Really? You think so.

I think Evans is a PG stuck in a SG body. I mean the kid is 6'6. You can't find a PG that size unless you're Lookin at a Magic Johnson who's 6'9.

Just go back to his rookie year where he played PG, that's where he shined and was rookie of the year. I think Sacramento is doing a bad job of coaching those young talented guys up. In a right system, especially with a Dunlap who can work with PG I think Evans could shine here.

He was more of a scorer though, Evans would excel with Dunlap because Dunlap likes scoring guards but I personally don't think Dunlap is the future.

If Sac's coach would just let Evans be Evans I think he would be a fine player.

Evans, Kemba, Jennings, Ellis, Lillard and Curry are all the same type of player; shooting PGs. I don't know what's going on in Sac but it isn't anything good. I really believe the coaching have done a poor job. Behind OKC, I think Sac has the most talented young team. A playoffs contending team but is underperforming.

Dunlap worked well with Kemba. If somehow a trade goes through for Cousins with Kemba, I'd be fine if we can get a player like Evans through FA. Evans should be playing PG, not SG or SF.

From what I've been reading, Boston and Dallas are becoming the favorites for Cousins. Thank God.

That's what it been saying lately. Though what do you think Boston or Dallas can give up for Cousins? Sac isn't going to take a lot of aging players and mid to low Draft picks.

I'm telling everyone, we have the biggest chance to land Cousins bc of our young guys and possibly high picks. If not us maybe Washington could pull something but it'll has to involve at least Beal which I don't think they'll wanna give up. If we don't land this trade, Cousins will be back with Sac.

Dallas has some pieces and they can sell Cousins on being the guy there when Dirk hangs it up. Boston has Avery Bradley and Fab Melo, two young dudes who paired with a 1st rounder would be money for me, if I were SAC. But if I really were running SAC I'd keep Cousins and get him some help.

I don't think Dallas has a chance at all. All their players are aging or either on a 1yr contract.

Bradley, Melo and a 1st make sense but it'll still be a low pick. I think Sac rather have a Kemba, Biz, 1st (top4) pick.

Let's just wait and see if anything happens. It's fun assuming things but not getting us anywhere.

    • I didn't say much bigger. Watch the highlights I linked. Bryce doesn't have the arm strength and/or talent to make the vast majority of the throws Mac made in that video.
    • Tetairoa McMillan.   The last 28 1st overall picks were either a QB, DE, or OT. Seeing as I don't think we'd take an OT in the 1st and give up on Ickey as an LT yet and there doesn't seem to be a clear overall #1 type of QB or DE pick this year, it very well could be a non conventional #1 overall this year, at least in regards from the last almost 3 decades of drafts. If we didn't have Horn, I'd be more open to Hunter as a CB at #1, but we have him so another CB wouldn't be how I'd use a #1 pick.  And as much as I love Legette, if we have SB contending aspirations, I don't think Legette is a #1 on a team like that, but he damn sure is an elite #2 on a team like that.  He's more of the Smith/Higgins/Waddle to Brown/Chase/Hill (in terms of role/impact, not style of play of course). T-Mac is going to be the top ranked WR on every team's board in the end.  He is going to be a true outside #1 WR who is viewed as a consensus Top 5 WR in the game by his second contract in the same way guys like Jefferson and Chase have done.  His height combined with his speed, athleticism, and hands are near impossible to find all in one player, there is a reason his generally used comp is Mike Evans (although as he's not as thick, I personally see him more as an AJ Green). Yes, as an Arizona alum I've admitted to having bias towards the player to begin with.  But he's also someone very widely being put into the Top 5 in mock drafts lately and most of them have him as the first non QB offensive player being taken, so it's not really THAT much of a homer pick on my part anyways. If a QB or DE truly separate themselves as being a can't miss prospect come draft day, I'm open to that discussion, but until then, or if it doesn't happen, T-Mac is my pick 100 times out of 100.
