What would trading J-Stew do to our cap?

Someone said yesterday that the way Stew's contract is set up, it would have less of an impact on our cap than releasing D-Will. I don't know if that's true or not, probably not.

Even if that is true, the numbers on dwill's contract escalate over the next 3 years making Dwill a poison pill. He has to go or he has to give back all that money.

because if it is a trade it would depend on who we trade for and under what terms we complete the transaction

It could range from saving us millions per year against the cap to actually costing us.

Quite possibly, your question is about as impossible to answer as the old "meaning of life" one. Maybe even more so.
