I would be ok with Chip Kelly as head coach because I think he would make this offense a powerhouse with a qb like Cam.I think Cam would thrive in the No huddle up-tempo offense.

I wouldn't hire him though if he wants power and control as gm also.

I don't think anyone would offer a former HC a coordinator spot unless there was some very specific circumstance that caused the demotion (I don't know what it would even be - health or something?) because it could create huge leadership problems in the lockerroom I think.
