I have considered the NFCS amoung the top 3 divisions in both the AFC and NFC for the past couple of years. You could argue that we collectively have some of the best players in the league in our division.

However this year, the NFCS has really stunk. Will the NFCS get back to being a premier, top division in this league?

Yep, starting next season. The Saints will probably be back in full-swing and I really don't think Atlanta is going anywhere... throw in us, barring we don't shoot ourselves in the foot again, and that should make it one tough-ass division.

According to almost any objective ranking stat used, every NFC division is better than any AFC division.

Also, why do you care about it? I would much rather be in an easy division. What are we, pathetic SEC fans attempting to bask in the glow of our hated rivals' victories?

For 2011 & 2012 that is true. but you have to go back to 1995 which is the last time the NFC had an edge vs the AFC head-to-Head.

I would imagine Atlanta and New Orleans being among the NFL's top team's next year, and Carolina not far from the top with a very good winning record. I don't know how to predict TB. They are all over the place.
