LOL at people thinking that The Golden Calf of Bristol is justified in all of this because he got passed up for the job because of the 3rd string....

Think. Denver. 2011. Brady Quinn. The Golden Calf of Bristol 3rd string. Reportedly worse than the 4th string QB.

And folks on here want to complain about The Golden Calf of Bristol getting passed up. Hello. It serves him right.

When you meet him ask him why, as a Christian, a religion that directs you to lift others up before yourself, he decided to bail on his teammates and refuse to play.

He uses his faith as a marketing ploy. He literally uses the Lord's name in vain. I think he fits right in with the other 75% of hypocrites that sit next to me on Sundays (myself included).

I won't get the chance to meet him because there is a raffle you had to put your name in and I didn't have time to walk over and do it.

The Golden Calf of Bristol is a diva selfish bible thumper. fug him and his cult of fans. he should have came to jags but doesnt want to suffer with a bad team because he aint that good like newton.

say what u want to see bout newton but the dude has raised panthers even with the bad players and sorry coaches.

every other rookie has a good team/staff around them except newton, then people wonder why he aint in the playoffs.

Such a fuging team player, instead of calling him what he is;Selfish. Instead you have reporters saying "Good for The Golden Calf of Bristol sticking up for himself."

You can fuging say racism isn't alive yadda, yadda, yadda. But the fact of the matter is, Cam is a definitely a victim of double standards and the fact some you are ENTIRELY oblivious is amazing.

So is The Golden Calf of Bristol. And he is being called phony and selfish too by some.

The Golden Calf of Bristol's the only spread option quarterback being blasted for being one while all the rest get praised for it. If The Golden Calf of Bristol runs the spread option it's a "gimmick" if RG3 or Cam does it, it's innovative. He's the only one that people have an issue with him having an offense catered to his style, asking him to change, while everyone else talks about how teams should design offenses to these other guy's styles.

Frankly I'm tired of hearing about both of them being victims. They're better off than you and I.

But if you're going to be honest, none of the other black quarterbacks coming out of college got blasted like Cam. Even the ones that came before him. He put himself in bad situations too. He's partly responsible for the criticism he got. He does and says stupid poo.

Fact is the other black quarterbacks are far more mature than Cam Newton and have conducted themselves much better throughout college and their NFL careers.

This is one of the "worst" things The Golden Calf of Bristol has done other than him making that stupid ass comment about football not being the most important thing in his life. But he's never done this...

Can you imagine how Cam would react if he had to deal with what they are saying about The Golden Calf of Bristol?

By this latest news, I have no doubt, if The Golden Calf of Bristol did that he'd be crucified and kicked out of the NFL, while Cam gets away with it because people expect that kind of behavior from him and always take up for him.

Wow. You have racial issues too? You believe that the white The Golden Calf of Bristol is being oppressed by the white media? Who would have thought it?

What Jet official relayed The Golden Calf of Bristol's comments?

The Golden Calf of Bristol relayed the vast majority of the comments.

A few came from some others within the organization, though we don't know who - but The Golden Calf of Bristol blew this up into what it is.

nothing Cam did was that big a deal. If he makes a habit out of kicking people, that'd be different... but it happened once, and there are bigger news stories to talk about.

You know, like how a player that is supposed to be all about his team told the coaches he wouldn't do something and then let the media in on the secret, and now everyone is trying to backtrack to cover him.

Or like how the playoff scenarios are shaking out - much bigger deals, and getting more headlines.

Plus, mentioning Cam's stuff would, by virtue of the game it happened in, require people to talk about the fact we won yet another game. :P
