First of all when you win tickets from players they go to will call and require an ID to pick up. You had to enter your name and email to answer the question so you can't really "sell" them from Connecticut or even give them away because you have to personally retrieve them. Second, I have a feeling most of the people that answered live in Oregon and he is going to spend the next 2 hrs trying to find someone who can actually use the tickets.
