More reasons to root AGAINST the Giants

The Giants are the only team in the NFC East that I respect. Can't root for the others...just can't do it.

Besides, if Ross or Gettleman are really on our radar, I'm sure Accorsi has plenty of back channels to guage their interest in the Panthers job.

Giants are my "backup" team and they're the team I root for when the panthers don't miss the playoffs (and anytime they don't play the panthers) but on the other hand Ross is my top GM choice so this sucks

Yes i did. Chopped off some of the beginning of your post to make my point. Hard to bold stuff on mobile. Being able to interview is one more reason in addition to the ones we already have tht you listed.

..... there is an even bigger [reason] to root against the giants down the stretch and hoping they dont make it to the playoffs. With the rule were you cant talk to or interview other teams coaches or staff during the season and only when their season is done we need to root against the giants because if we are serious about getting a good GM then we want Ross or Gettleman who are both with the giants. Having a GM sooner benifits us because it helps us bring in a coaching staff sooner so hopefully all the options we are hoping for arent all gone. While I dont think they will go super quick I would just like to be able to name the GM as soon as possible so we can start getting a better look on what the staff will look like.

OC - Kelly's choice( hopefully someone with a good amount of NFL experience)

DC - idk anyone good really.

I kinda agree. I hate the cowboys though and don't like the idea of bob making the playoffs. Giants fans are actually the most tolerable of all NFCE fan bases too. For the good of the team though...boo giants.

The depraved hoodlums who patronized Fat Dogs on Spring Garden street in Greensboro that fateful night a few weeks back (who never came before and haven't returned since btw) solidified me not ever pulling for that team to do anything but fail. Can't think of any team in the league I enjoy watching lose more than Dallas.

Having said that, I'm taking the long view here and hoping Giants lose out so we can get our Panther house in order ASAP.

I'm not rooting against the Giants. I actually respect them. I root against the Falcons, Cowboys, and Redskins.
